Description

The story relates to the Pip's life from a little boy to a young man, the transformation from a poverty-stricken boy to a flourishing gentleman. As a little boy he helps a stranger; a convict; who in turn bestows him with the opportunity to become a gentleman. The convict does not reveal his identity till the very end. Pip goes through debt, change of friends, change of heart and also gets the love of his life. The young boy has great expectations and is also expected to do great.
